Seated Acupressure Massage is based on a 1500 year old Japanese sequence of Anma Massage. It works specifically on stress relief points in the head, neck, shoulders, arms and back, where most tension and aches and pains are felt.

Treatments are carried out on a specially designed chair, with the client fully clothed and no oils are used.

A treatment lasting only 20 minutes will leave clients feeling relaxed and energised – in fact, in a state of alert relaxation, with a general sense of well being.

Seated Acupressure Massage is not only available on an individual basis, but is also cost effective and particularly suitable for the workplace, with minimum disruption to the working day

Seated Acupressure Massage works on the muscular, nervous and circulatory systems and will help to:
  • Reduce Stress and Tension
  • Ease tense, aching muscles
  • Demonstrate an organisation’s commitment to its staff
  • Enhance staff morale
  • Reduce absence levels
  • Prevent RSI
  • Lower Blood Pressure
