This course is based on the work of Jon Kabat-Zinn and others in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) using Mindfulness in secular settings to improve mental health and wellbeing. Mindfulness can help you to develop a more spacious and relaxed relationship with yourself and your life. Next courses commencing Thurs 6th May and Tues 7th September at Wesley College, Henbury, Bristol.  Cost: £235 (includes 8 x 2 hour sessions, a one-day out of town retreat , workbook and audio materials). Fee can be paid in 2 instalments if preferred.
